As part of the NextGen product launch readiness, EkoStinger had industry-leading 3rd party fuel economy testing performed on its new prototype by Mesilla Valley Transportation Solutions in November 2021. Results were impressive.

Testing data concluded the NextGen Stinger saved 5.72 gallons per 1,000 miles equating to a 5.30% fuel reduction on a 53-ft trailer at 45,000 lbs., indicating even greater fuel savings on 48-ft trailers.
MVTS noted that the newly re-engineered product is performing better than the prior generation, which already had excellent fuel economy savings.
The NextGen sleek and compact aero-design offers lighter transport, rugged durability, and simpler installation.
And notably, all NextGen offerings are now CARB compliant and CARB GHG Phase 2 pre-approved devices.
